At Griffin Market we believe taste comes from understanding seasonal foods and taking advantage of locally sourced ingredients. Our menu changes often based on the availability of ingredients.

Bruschetta - Warm Ricotta with Thyme and Truffle Honey

Antipasti Misti - A selection of cured Meats, Castelvetrano Olives, Cheeses and Vegetables served with Grissini and Ciabatta bread

Caprese Salad - House made Mozzarella, ripe Tomatoes, Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sea Salt

Peperonata della Nonna - Sweet Peppers, Olives and Onions, simmered in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, served with Crostini

White Bean Soup - Cannellini Beans with crispy Speck Soup


PASTAS 

Tagliatelle Bolognese
 - Handmade Ribbons of whole egg Pasta in a Veal, Pork and Beef Ragu

Duck Pappardelle - Wide, handmade pasta ribbons made with Saffron, in a Duck and Porcini Mushroom Ragu

Pumpkin Lasagna - Handmade Pasta layered with roasted Pumpkin, Fontina Valle d’Aosta cheese and Nutmeg and Clove scented Béchamel sauce


PANINI 

Monaco - Imported Italian Tuna, house made Caper mayonnaise, Olives, Radishes and sliced Egg

Havana - Herb and Garlic roasted Pork, Ham, Provolone and Swiss cheeses, Cornichon Pickles

Panini are served with a small green Salad or Olive Oil and Sea Salt Potato Chips
